To remove a connection from your CoverCrypto account:
Log in to your CoverCrypto account
Navigate to the 'Connections' page
Find the connection you want to remove
Click the 'Remove Connection' button.
This will remove the connection in full, ending it's cover.
🤓 FYI
If you attempt to remove a connection via the wallet or exchange, this will not remove the connection from your CoverCrypto account. To ensure a connection is removed you must do this within your CoverCrypto account.
If you disconnect and then reconnect a wallet/exchange/bank, please note that your cover will not back date to the initial connection date. Before you disconnect any cryptoasset accounts, check you haven't suffered a theft, as this theft will not be covered after you make the disconnection. If you're ever unsure, we're here to help.
