You must connect your crypto accounts (e.g. wallet address/exchange/bank) to your online CoverCrypto account. As soon as you have made this connection, immediately the account and its cryptoasset contents will be protected by CoverCrypto.

If you have an active membership, but have not connected any cryptoasset accounts to your CoverCrypto account, this is the equivalent of not having a CoverCrypto subscription. You must connect your accounts to your CoverCrypto account for them to be protected.
