On the Report theft page, you will find a full list of the withdrawal transactions from each of your covered accounts. Transactions expire 30 days from the date of the transaction. So you have up to 30 days to report a transaction as a theft to us. After this period you will no longer be able to report the transaction as a theft.

After your first theft event is submitted you have 24 hours to submit any additional theft transactions. We encourage you to review your transactions regularly and report any suspicious or unauthorised withdrawal transactions promptly and within the specified timeframe. This ensures that we can initiate the necessary actions to investigate and address the theft effectively.
