1. Error message
a) No balance
Some wallets and blockchains will always return an error if you connect an empty address/zero balance. Examples of such include:
Ledger: XRP, Polkadot, Stellar
Trezor: XRP
Once you have a balance the connection will work. Reach out to our team if you continue to have a problem.
b) Unsupported blockchain
You'll see an error message if you try to connect a wallet on a blockchain network that is not supported by CoverCrypto. For example, connecting your Metamask wallet while on the CELO blockchain network will return an error, as CELO not yet compatible with CoverCrypto.

2. Connection stuck on loading
Ensure your browser is up to date (typically when updates are available this will be shown in the top right hand corner)
Ensure your wallet extension is up to date
Ensure the wallet you are connecting has a balance

To update your Metamask browser extension for example:
Click on the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the browser
From the dropdown menu, select 'Extensions'
Click 'Manage Extensions'
Toggle the switch to enable 'Developer mode'
Click 'Details', then 'Update' (in the top left):
